Journal Entry #1: Today is my First Day of learning at master Na Mu's Dojo. Apparently, she is an expert of many weapons though for some reason she wants me to learn Cane Fighting I don't understand why she won't teach me something like a Spear or a sword Na Mu says I would benefit from learning Cane Fighting for some reason. Journal Entry #2: It's been three years since I started learning from Master Na Mu, It has been so long since I've written in this journal. I am now thirteen years old. I have learned to love Cane Fighting I have been advancing in my training slowly, but I can tell I've gotten much stronger. I will try to write more in this journal, but I don't think I have some trouble of thinking what to write in this damned thing. [break][break]

Journal Entry #3: Today I've turned Seventeen, and apparently Master Na Mu has nothing left to teach me. She said It's time for you to see the world and find your own path. Whatever that means. I've decided that since I am in Omashu, I should go to Kiyoshi Island first. Then I can decide on the next location. [break][break]

Journal Entry #4: I've Finally reached Kiyoshi Island. The next Location I've decided to go to is the Fire Nation Capital, I know it will be a long voyage, but I think it will be worth it. I think having someone to spar with will increase my fighting skills. [break][break]

Journal Entry #5: It took a month on Merchant Vessel traveling from port to port, but I finally have arrived at the Fire Nation Capital. Now all I need is to find a dojo and request a sparring match with someone. [break][break]

Journal Entry #6: I met a Fire Bending thug today, he tried to shake down an old couple. I stopped him almost got burned to a crisp for my trouble. Though the Old Couple was quite kind, and let me bunk at their house for the night. [break][break]

Journal Entry #7: It's been around a year since I've gotten to the Fire Nation. I have decided to leave for the South Pole tomorrow, but I will have to go through the Earth Kingdom again. I should see how my parents and Master Na Mu are doing. [break][break]

Journal Entry #8: It seems Master Na Mu passed away in her sleep right after I left, her Dojo already shut down and replaced with a Noodles shop. Master Na Mu left me a message, though I'm not brave enough read it.[break][break]

Journal Entry #9: I've Arrived at the Southern Water Tribe, in the South Pole. The people I've met here at least haven't tried to rob me blind, yet. [break][break]

Journal Entry #10: I turned twenty-two today, and I fainted in the middle of the street. I apparently have some rare nontransmittable disease, that will slowly kill me. At least that's what the Southern Water Tribe Doctor said. But I couldn't let this illness stop me though. I decided that I would go to Republic City next. I always wanted to go there before I died, I'll probably settle down there before I croak. [break][break]

Journal Entry #11: I Turned Twenty-Six today I'm currently a bum living in Republic City, this place chewed me up and spit me out. I'm a great Cane Fighter, but it turns out being a good Fighter doesn't equal a stable living situation. Though this is my passion and I will never give up on it.
